Easter Treat Holders

Hey Y'all!
I have some super cute ideas for Easter to share with you today!

The first project is an "oldie but goodie," a "Bag-a-lope."  It is simply an envelope turned in to a bag.  To make it, seal the envelope closed, then score the same measurement on 3 sides, cut off a "smidgen" of the side you did not score , crease the score lines, open up the "bag", and adhere the triangles made from the score lines to the bottom of the bag.  Suggested score measurements are 1", 3/4", or 1/2".  A 1" score will give you a narrow but deeper bag.  The smaller the score measurement, the less depth you will have.

The bag on the left was scored at 3/4", the bag on the right was scored at 1". Make sure you stamp the envelope AFTER scoring but BEFORE opening up the bag!  I used stamps from the March Paper Pumpkin.  Paper Pumpkin is an all-inclusive craft kit that is a monthy subscription, no obligation, you may cancel at any time.

This next project is my favorite.   This cute bunny is made from one of our Kraft Pillow Boxes.  I CASE'd this from a fellow demonstrator, Michelle Last.

To make these, cut off one end of a pillow box.  Use the score marks on the end closure of the piece you cut off as a guideline to cut the "ears." Use a sponge dauber and ink (I used Rococco Rose) to add color to the ears and cheeks.

Use a scrap piece of black cardstock to make the face.  I used the triangle from the Hot Air Balloon Punch for the nose, and then just a hole punch for the eyes.  The whiskers were made with the Braided Linen Trim. I used the Small Bloom Punch available during Saleabration for the flower.  If you missed it, it will be available in the new Annual Catalog available for customers in June, but demonstrators will preview at the end of April and get to preorder in May...Yay!  Great reason to join my team!

This basket was made with our Mini Shipping Boxes.  The strip of DSP is 2" x 18" (attach a 12" strip and 6" strip together, then wrap around box and cut off extra.) I first embossed it with the Basket Weave embossing folder.

I embellished the basket with one of the Stitched So Sweetly dies and Stitched Shapes dies.  The bunny and sentiment came from the Fable Friends stamp set.

This basket will hold quite a bit, you see there are 2 of the plastic eggs in it with room to spare.
