Hey Y'all!
It's great to be back with the Let's Get Hopping crew for another fun hop! This month, we made projects around the theme "Non-Traditional Christmas." If you are already hopping along, you arrived from the fabulous Megan Teare, or you may be starting with me. Either way, Welcome!
This was a challenge for me! When I saw the theme, my mind immediately went to a suite that I fell in love with, surprisingly, because if anyone is a traditional girl, it's me! And when I think of "traditional" Christmas, I think of color-red, green, plaid. The Whimsy and Wonder Suite is anything but traditional, but it is so beautiful.
I love the soft colors in the suite's DSP, and even though I didn't use it on my card, I used it as inspiration for my color scheme, Blushing Bride, Pool Party, and silver embossing.
The ribbon was pulled apart to create the individual strands and tied in a knot, and added some of the Subtle Shimmer Sequins. I wanted to keep the card clean and simple. I added one of the small trees to the inside of my card.

- Basic White Thick cardbase(it makes a difference, you want to use thick for your cardbases!) 8-1/2 x 5-1/2, scored at 4-1/4
- Blushing Bride Panel 4-1/8 x 5-3/8
- Basic White panel 4 x 5-1/4
