Hey Y'all!
I have a (what I think is) stunning card to share with you today. It is a fancy fold called a Double Z-fold. Since I made it vertical, I call it a "Double Z-fold Easel."
I made two different ones using the Parisian Blossoms Specialty DSP combined with the Varied Vases and Vibrant Vases stamp sets. This is a two-step stamp set, meaning you stamp an outline image and then you can fill it in with a different color. I also used the coordinating Vases Builder Punch.
The first card has a Petal Pink card base. I love the color combo of Petal Pink and Pool Party. To add to the softness, I used Smokey Slate ink for the outline color of my images.
I changed up the second card slightly by using a Pool Party card base and different stamped images.
I also added some of the Champagne Rhinestones to dress it up a little more. Here are the measurements to make this card:
Card Base: Card stock 4-1/4 x 11, score at 2-3/4 & 5-1/2
Another piece same color 8-1/2 x 3-1/8, score at 4-1/4 & 2-1/8
DSP: 4 x 2-1/2
4 x 5-1/4
Whisper White or Very Vanilla to stamp on: 2-1/2 x 3-1/2
2-1/2 x 1-1/2
( I used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies closest to those sizes)
If desired, you can add a piece of WW or VV 4 x 5-1/4 to the back of the card to write a message
Steps to make card:
- Stamp images onto Whisper White (or Very Vanilla) pieces
- Adhere DSP to larger card base
- Adhere stamped images to smaller card base
- Adhere smaller card base to larger card base
