Today I am on an Instahop with my friends that are part of the Let’s Get Hopping crew, and Sweet Treats Wanted is our theme.
I used the Share A Milkshake stamps and dies to create this fun gift card holder.
I started with a Berry Burst cardbase, then stamped images in Berry Burst ink onto Bubble Bath Cardstock. My focal image has a Pool Party background, and Pecan Pie cardstock was the perfect color for my cone. I sponged the edges to give it even more texture. (PS I love love love that little ice cream cone die!)
For my sentiment, I heat embossed the Hello in white onto Berry Burst CS. And I love how the Black and White Gingham ribbon finishes it off!
To create the gift card holder, attach the Bubble Bath CS to the cardbase, then use the Decorative Circle Punch to create the thumb notch. Attach the inside Basic White panel, then use Tear and Tape on the 2 side edges to adhere flap.
Card Measurements:
- Berry Burst CS 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, score on long side @ 2-3/4 & 6-3/4
- Bubble Gum CS 2-1/2 x 5-1/4, 1-1/2 x 5-1/2
- Basic White inside panel 5-1/4 x 3-3/4
