Stampin' For Christmas Blog Hop

 Hey Y'all!

It is never to early to think about Christmas! I am the person on Facebook that on the 25th of every month, I post how many months it is to Christmas.  So I am so excited to collaborate with some fabulous demonstrators from across the globe to bring you Christmas projects every month!  You may have arrived here from Nicole Mahler, welcome!  If you are starting with me, make sure you visit all of the other contributor's sites, because there are some fabulous ideas you won't want to miss!

I chose to create a home decor piece for my project.

I purchased this wooden craft piece from the Dollar Tree, and had the idea of  "staining" it with some Soft Suede reinker and a water painter.  I was so pleased with the results!

The Arrange A Wreath bundle is one of my favorites from the 2020-21 Annual Catalog.  To make the wreath, I die cut Shaded Spruce, Just Jade, and Pool Party cardstock with both wreath dies and layered them.

I stamped the sign stamp in Crumb Cake Ink onto Crumb Cake cardstock, then stamped "Merry Christmas" in Real Red.  Then I die cut  it with a rectangle from the Stitched So Sweetly dies.  I love the look of the Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon, and it added just the right "pop" of color.

I stapled a length of Just Jade Gingham ribbon to the back of the wood so the project could be hung.  I had so much fun creating this, and I hope I have given you some inspiration.  Next up is Dana Sullivan, I know you are going to love what she has to show you!
